- Lendlease is confirmed as the preferred contractor to deliver the now 255 bed expansion under the new and improved contracting model, following a robust and competitive tender process.
- The Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) agreement is expected to be finalised later this month.
- On site construction establishment and works on the three-level extension to the existing multi-storey carpark to add more than 530 new parking spaces will begin later this month - with work to be delivered by Richard Crookes Construction - and be completed by the end of 2027.

The Hospital Rescue Plan will deliver:

A new, fully developed plan that meets Hospital and Health Service and clinical needs
